A: You may visit the Enderlin Library for day passes, and monthly membership applications. The library has keycards for immediate access after application is completed and signed. You may also call 437-2525 for an appointment.

here. Class schedules will also be posted at the center and on-line coming soon.
A: There are several places to change clothes and also a shower for use after your workout.
A: If you qualify for reimbursement, after your requirement is met, eligibility will be verified and submitted the following month. Reimbursement will be posted the following month after submission. Example: July workout report sent in August for reimbursement in September.
A: Members are permitted to bring a guest to the Center. All guests must fill out guest registration forms completely. A guest fee of $5 will be charged for the use of Center facilities. No guest may use the Center’s facilities without the presence of the sponsoring member. You may deposit the fee in an envelope on the Payment/Suggestion box as you come into the Enderlin Wellness Center.
A: Annual memberships cannot be canceled mid-year. The preferred rate of the annual membership is given to the member in exchange for the year-long commitment. To cancel a monthly membership, you must send written notice to the EWC 60 days in advance of cancellation date. You will need to pay a prorated charge for the remaining 60 days after your cancellation notice.
Q: May my children use the equipment?
A: No children under the age of 12 will be allowed to use the weight/cardio equipment. Anyone 12-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children 16-18 must have a legal guardian signature to get a single membership. For younger children, there is a local babysitter that will take drop-offs for $3/child/hour. Q. May I freeze my membership?
A. You may submit a note from an M.D./D.C. along with your card prior to the start of the freeze. To reactivate your membership, you must submit a release from the same M.D./D.C. We will accept medical freezes only.
